What is a proof? 

A proof is an emailed or faxed image of how your item will appear when it is printed.  You must select the proof option in order to receive a proof.  Proofs are not available for all items.  Proofs are sent in full color via email and blank and white for faxes.  Once you receive your proof, we encourage you to either fax back approval/changes or email us your approval/changes as soon as possible.  Your order will not be printed until we hear back from you regarding the proof.  Your item's noted processing time will begin after the final proof approval.  If changes are needed on the proof, there is no fee to make the changes.  However, if an additional proof is required, fees may start at $3.00 and go up from there depending on the manufacturer of the item.  Please note that once you have approved your proof, any inconsistencies with the printed product will be your responsibility.  Mistakes made by WeezersInk.com will be fixed at no cost.  Customer errors will be responsibility of the customer, however a 20% discount will be given on reprints.
 
How soon will I receive my proof? 

Proofs are typically emailed or faxed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.  Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on a business day to be considered as an order for that day.  Otherwise, the order will be considered 'received' on the following business day.  Once you receive your proof, we encourage you to either fax back approval/changes or email us your approval/changes as soon as possible.  Your order will not be printed until we hear back from you regarding the proof.
